Cut and Sew Manufacturing
made in malvern
Cut and Sew starts with a card pattern for each size of the garment you are working on.
Depending on the design of the garment you require we can then add other features such as side panels in a different colour, alter the pattern for extra / less length as required.
Fabric and Cutting
The garment is then cut from a pre dyed roll of fabric.
We hold hundreds of meteres of fabric for each garment in a variety of different colours. We can even dye fabirc to your custom request (minimums apply).
During the cutting stage we can lay up-to 100 meters of fabric.
Using a rotary or band saw our professional cutters then cut the required pieces from the fabric.
Once cut our fabric then moves into the production line.
Production covers both the physical sewing of the garment and also decoration (embroidery, print etc required).
Depending on the garment being made it can take anywhere from 20 to 90 minutes for a garment to be made from scratch.
All of these processes take place in house at our factory in Malvern.
With some of our staff having worked in garment production for over 50 years we have a wealth of knowledge and experience that we pour into every garment we make.
