Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will I receive my order?

We work to a 4 week production time for club branded items when ordered as part of an organised order window. The lead time commences from the closure of the window.  Ordering outside of a window can incur longer lead times, however, this is rare.

For stitch retail items, we aim to dispatch within 7-10 working days of receiving the order.

Can I cancel/change my order?

If you need to cancel/amend your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order by calling/emailing us.

Can I return my item if it doesn't fit?

Custom kit is made specifically to order, and cannot be re-sold like regular stocked items. For this reason, custom/team branded kit is non-refundable. Except in the rare case of a quality issue, in which case, please contact lisa@stitchrowing.com and we will rectify this as soon as possible.

Please note, any returns are done so at the customers expense, we do not offer free return postage, nor do we refund the initial postage cost paid at point of order.

How can our club have a kit page on your site?

Simply email or call us and let us know your requirements. When designs have been drawn up and approved, we can get your shop live, usually within 24 hours of design approval.

Can I use club delivery?

Club delivery is only available during an organised order window. If your club does not have an organised window and you order kit using club delivery, you will receive an additional transport invoice. All club delivery orders will be dispatched to the club kit officer for distribution.

Does standard delivery mean I will receive my kit quicker?

No. We use a next day courier service and whether you have chosen club delivery or standard, the kit will be dispatched on the same day as everyone else ordering in your order window. Club delivery means your kit will be delivered to the address the kit officer nominates for them to distribute to you regardless of what address you enter into shipping address.
