Shipping policy
- All club branded garments come with a 4 week production time. 4 weeks commences from the closure of the window. Please allow extra for bank holidays, festive periods etc.
- Ordering outside of a club order window or during peak times may incur additional lead times. Standard shipping must be selected. If club shipping is selected outside of an organised window, an additional transport invoice will be sent.
- If using club shipping as your shipping option, your order will be dispatched to the school/college/kit officer regardless of what address you give.
- Standard shipping can be used if you’d rather your order be delivered to a different UK address and not delivered to the school/college/club.
- Your order window will close on a pre-agreed date with your club. Orders placed after this time may not be included with the main kit order.
- All orders placed during the window (club shipping and standard delivery) will be scheduled for delivery w/c a pre-agreed Club date.
- Shipping orders to an address outside of the UK may be liable to taxes/duties payable in the recipients country.
Standard Shipping - this is open to all non-club orders, dispatch is typically within 7 working days for stitch retail items, 4 weeks for team branded kit (subject to change during peak order times) and sent via DPD. At checkout please provide a mobile number and/or email address, DPD will communicate through an order delivery time and date after dispatch.
